Wow. Its been awhile since I updated the news. I will keep this short. Griffin is designing an entire new line for Summer/Winter 2006. THe new line will give 949 a much needed update. Count on new materials, logos, techniques and colors. Please email 949 to find out more.

We are approaching New Years eve and you know 949 had to throw a party. We have rented out the Royal Hawaiian for New Years. Please email Griffin to RSVP. 9-2AM. Last night some of the TGC was drinkiing and dancing the night up at the Quiksilver Christmas party. Thank you to Katie and Kristin for throwing a great party and getting us in. It was a great night and we are all trying to recover the best we can today. I hope to see all of you at New Years. We will be showing the 949 greatest DVD filled with all of the past movies that we all need to see again.

Mammoth for Opening weekend with Kai and G. IT was a great weekend up in Mammoth. Kai and I hit the slopes on saturday and sunday. We got lucky and were able to get some runs in from top to bottom. Big crowd, little snow and a few diggers. We made sure we kept the boarding to a minimum and the drinking to a max after we git Dublins, Angels and Weekyticki. Thank you to Tom Beverage for opening up the 949 cabin. We will keep you updated for the next team trip.

949 has been regrouping lately as many of the members have been very busy growing up as sad as that sounds. Kai and Griff have both become investors in the Orange County market. On a brighter note, Sally is graduating this weekend from UCSD, my alma mater, CONGRADULATIONS! Honorable mentions as well are Dickens, Jordan, Rupp, TJ, Ashley and many others. John Ryan has ended his tenure in the NYC and is back in LA once again where he belongs to bring police and bouncers out of retirement. Also Hunter has graduated from LMU and will be touring deep mexico on the NOTORIOUS, so be on the lookout in a port near you. 949 will continue to represent the 949 as it has done for the past 5 years. Griff is here for an update on the haps. One World in Costa Mesa has recently expanded and has been restocked with the latest 949 gear. Go visit the shop and ask for the 949. The crew has been very busy lately working and working. Enough said. Kai B had his birthday on the 18th and is buying house in the OC, we wish him the best of luck. JR has moved to NYC in search of an open door or elevator that will take him into fashion. He has 30 days to make it so please lets hope for the best, with his talent and drive he should have no problem getting right into the mix. Happy Birthday to Chase's daughter Capri who just turned 1. Congratulations to Sally on graduating from UCSD and finishing college. Blair was spotted as well on the phone and the TGC is gearing up for the annual surf trip to the hut in deep Mex. Keep in store for some new happenings. Griff out.

Yoyo, this is Griff with some new updates for the news page since Big Lip has been chillin way too hard with all the b-iiiss and beach bums. What can I tell you about the last 6 months? I have been designing some new gear and meeting some new vendors. Besides the boring business news, the team has been traveling hard, we have hit a Pirate Ship, South Beach, Cabo, Ixtapa, Tahoe, Mammoth, Santa Barbara, Vegas, St. Barth's, San Diego and of course the Arnold Family Christmas and ETC. There is a new shipment at One World in San Clemente and Costa Mesa. 949 is looking for some reps to market the company. Also the launch of Lordviper.net has been launched. Mark Feb 18th on your calender to be at the Royal Hawaiin for Griff's Birthday. Who the fark misses me - IT'S BIG LIP IN THE HIZZLE FOR SHIZZLE MY NIZZLE. It really has been a long time so first I think that I should start out with current events.First and foremost, are the Los Angeles Clippers the new team in Southern California? Biggie has seen some pretty good play from the boys in red white and blue and looksforward to seeing many good battles for L.A. And what about the Lake show? I don't like being a hater but I have seen better ball from Jerry Wests squad. And what abouta coach? Whatever too much to think about. Basketball seems to be much different from last year. At least the hockey season has been great.

Uh, so Biggie has a new bee-I-H this year so things are moving a little slow. Check out the shot of his new ride for the 2005. It looks like the crew is getting together for the head of op's 26th. Crap...yea I have been busy but you know what...It really does not matter because BIG LIP is in the HIZZI BABY! Here is another installment to all you ninefournine readers from the man himself. So here we go. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. And still the crew managed to survive two days in palm springs. After two days of chlorine and sun the dried out troopers headed back to their home bases for a little recovery. For all of you fans there was no pictures taken (for obvious reasons) except for this! There is a new anchor in town so hold onto your pants... I just received an email from my boy Gon in Japan. He married his long time love Chiee and are planing for exchange extra vows on Aliso Beach this summer. Big congrats to them and extra thanks for housing a certain 949 family member in Japan for the past few years. Look for Gon and Chiee in a future 949 Campaign. Where is Tillys? The G-man is trying to lock down a meeting with that special little girl that runs that show. If you see here shopping don't throw a rock at her, just remind her to give the CEO a call. Nine Four Nine is looking for Representation across the universe! The best thing that a potential rep can do is check out the new online store.
